We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items shown on our website. Occasionally, we do sell out of products before the site can be updated. If this should happen, you will receive an email indicating that a particular item you ordered is out of stock. Any changes will be reflected on your invoice.
Payments are accepted via PayPal. In the event that purchased goods are not available at the time your order is processed for shipping, any advance payments will be refunded immediately.
Please keep in mind that some banks charge an additional fee for international transfers or credit card transactions. This does not apply to THETA Watches exclusively and should be clarified beforehand with your bank. THETA Watches does not charge any international transactions fees.

Our goal is to dispatch orders within 3 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as an approximated guideline, and commence from the date of dispatch. THETA Watches is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed upon, shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the customer. After your card has been charged, we will begin the delivery process. Periods of delivery are non-binding, unless otherwise expressed. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes (excluding Qatar & Saudi Arabia). Our shipping partners do not offer Saturday deliveries. Some countries may have restrictions on the import and receipt of certain items. Due to the high value and nature of the goods we ship, a signature is required for most purchases.
All goods you order are insured against damage or theft from the pick-up at our premises. As soon as the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, this insurance ends.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped to the email address you provided when ordering. You can track your shipment by following the link provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Alternatively, simply type in the tracking number of your package on the shipping service provider´s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our Customer Service.

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you receive your package to make a return or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in compliance with our complete return policy and procedures.
For every new purchased watch we grant legal warranty of 2 years.
Warranty contains the remedy of all defects, which are free of charge and referable to material or production defects. Defects and damages on the watch or the strap/bracelet, which are attributable to inappropriate handling or signs of wear, are not covered by our warranty.

Right to return unsatisfactory products
Purchased and obtained goods can be returned within 14 days from day of receipt and without giving reasons for the return. As soon as we have checked the watch we will refund the money. This happens rarely as normally all our customers are convinced of the quality delivered. In case of return we kindly ask our customer to cover the costs for the reshipment.
If you are living an outside the EU you will get our prices without V.A.T. Taxes and duties will be paid by recipient by time of delivery. Taxes and other fees vary in each country and will be charged directly by DHL.
If you are living in the EU we will charge prices with V.A.T. There will be no additional cost when your ordered item is delivered.
Although all THETA watches are tested for resistance, you should still avoid violent shocks. Apart from damaging its appearance, this can cause premature wear in materials and components, which may affect the performance of the watch.
Please avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures above 50°C/122°F and below 0°C/32°F or to sudden temperature changes. A sharp change in temperature can cause condensation under the crystal of your watch.
Avoid leaving your watch close to equipment that can produce strong magnetic fields such as speakers, refrigerators, mobile phones, or magnets on bags or boxes, etc as this may affect the performance of your watch. We also recommend that you remove your watch when you go through the body scanner at the airport. Throughout everyday life, we are often exposed to magnetic fields that may cause timepieces to run slower, excessively fast, or even stop. If necessary, a simple demagnetization process can be performed by a professional watchmaker, before resetting the time.
Avoid all contacts with corrosive materials (acid, perfumes, carbonated beverages, etc.) as they are likely to damage the water-resistant seals.
Please avoid correcting the date and month between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
Automatic watches: This kind of movements are wound automatically by wearing the watch on the wrist. You can also wind it manually by turning the crown in neutral position.
Even if you have not worn your timepiece for a while, you should wind your mechanical (automatic or hand winding) watch at least once a month. This helps keep the movement components well lubricated.
You should clean your watch regularly (at least once every 2-3 months) with warm water, rinse it with fresh water, and dry it with a soft cloth. This simple gestures limit the abrasive or corrosive effects of the chlorine, sea water, sand and perfume.
We recommend you to send your watch for recurring servicing every 3-5 years depending on the overall condition of your watch and the way your wear it. If the watch is keeping good time and you are wearing your watch in a gentle and regular way it will be enough to send it every 5 years.
If you use instead the watch for showering, swimming or under extreme environmental conditions such as very cold or hot, you may send want to send it even sooner (3 years would be better).
